Our mini cakes comes in 1/2lb only. We have 4 different types of cake base to choose from : Cheese , Chiffon, Chocolate and Mousse. All made freshly from our bakery everday.
- CHEESE :   made with Australian or New zealand cheese , great for cheese lovers,
- CHIFFON :  imported low-fat cream to ease the health conscious cake-lovers' minds,
- CHOCOLATE : all with ganash centre made with Belgium chocolate,
- MOUSSE : all are made with low-fat cream and also lower in sugar content.
